STEWARDING AND SECURITY
SMOKINGFISH PRODUCTIONS have an extensive database of stewarding and security personnel. Our staff are friendly, approachable and intelligent and we have experienced security managers who will develop a detailed staffing plan which is unique to your event. All staff are easily recognisable in steward or security uniform and will be fully briefed by our security managers prior to every event.

We have the patience to deal with all types of a community event and an understanding of the budget restrictions and required outputs as a result of public sector funding. SMOKINGFISH PRODUCTIONS understand that a good conference takes extensive
pre-planning, an excellent venue and detailed logistic and technical production. We
have an extensive database of venues with both indoor and outdoor facilities. Why
not host your conference in a marquee? These can be either air conditioned or fully
heated depending on the season. Whatever the venue, we can take care of every-
thing, from booking the transport and hotels to organising the technical equipment

THEMING AND DECORATION
We are specialists in the theming department and offer highly original ideas and bespoke services to create the right atmosphere for your event. We can offer total decoration of any venue with a choice of props, table decorations and backdrops. CHRISTMAS
Why not go for a Winter Wonderland theme. From Ice caves and tunnels to giant inflatable stalactites. The venue will be draped in white satin, adorned with ice sculptures, stunning flower displays and table centres. We can even offer a fully staffed ice rink. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere of the Schrobbeler bar where they can dance the night away. Amazing meet and greet performers from the snow queen in her chariot to life-size snowmen or ice maidens on stilts. We will finish the event with a gentle snowstorm that will magically fall from the skies. Transport your guests to this land of wonder in the snow.
SPACE
Futuristically themed events have always been popular and out of this popularity has
grown a whole mini-industry in entertainment. From robots to state of the art LED
clad performers, angle grinders to UV shows. We can provide a whole host of enter -
tainment in this theme from walkabout to cabaret. The environment will be decorated
with metallic bars, state of the art lighting effects and laser shows, stunning space-age
structures and table centres, star cloths and sound tunnels. We'll create an
atmosphere that really is out of this world.
MOULIN ROUGE
From the bustling night-spots of the Paris skyline to the stunning jewelled sculptures of India. We will create a stunning backdrop of the Moulin Rouge. Parisian style tables with decorations, a stage for the dancing girls and red velvet seating. A bustling bar with flare barmen and a great environment to watch the can-can dancers and aerial performers during dinner. Dwarves and circus performers as walkabout entertainment and ringmaster style compere for the evening. After dinner move on to the Indian room full of eastern delight. With giant statues, bejewelled fountains and floor level seating areas.
JUNGLE
A stunning tropical jungle peopled by animals on stilts, in the air and as dancers to entertain
your guests. Great fire performers to meet and greet your guests. Jungle vines drop from the
ceiling, tropical palm trees, flame lights hanging to light up the entrance ways and a bamboo
cane bar. The dining area is decorated with jungle prints and stunning tropical flower table
centres serving barbeque style buffet food.
KITSCH KITCHEN
A night dedicated to all things kitsch. Guests will be entertained by weird and wonderful creatures, from flamingos to Alice in Wonderland on stilts. A Barbie and Ken themed aerial act to entertain after dinner and a drag queen compere. A great 70's tribute band so guests can get into the groove followed by a cheesy disco. The venue will be decorated with silver and pink drapes, a cocktail bar with Tom Cruise style flare barmen, fluffy chill out seating and animal print chairs. Roller skating waiting staff will serve your guests, children's TV videos playing on giant screens and male and female ice vodka luges.
EXTREME NIGHT OUT
Your guests will be greeted by spoof security doormen complete with fake metal
detectors. Inside you can expect to be entertained by breakdancing and martial arts
displays, BMX stunt riders and bungee aerial acts. State of the art LED costumed
stiltwalkers and fire and angle grinding acts. A junk funk band will play for the
drinks reception whilst guests try tequila slammers from our tequila girls. The décor
will be reminiscent of an old junkyard with scaffolding towers and discarded metal
objects including cars and bikes that will be used as seating. After dinner guests can
dance to our DJ and have fun in the games room.
CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Don't let the cold and Grey of winter get you down, now is the time to organise that well earned Christmas party. We have hundreds of original ideas to make your Christmas event start with a bang. From great bands and DJ's to stunning after dinner shows, aerial displays and walkabout performance. We can cater for sit down dinners to buffets or drinks receptions. We will take care of the most important party of the year for your staff whatever your venue or theme.
